Low season – Jan, Feb, March, Nov, Dec - £400/$800 per week.
Mid season – April, May, Oct - £450/$900 per week.
High season - June, July, Sept, Easter, Christmas & New year - £500/$1000 per week.

Please note that any bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50/$95 payable with the final booking payment. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required when you make your booking & the remaining balance is required 2 months before your departure.


Other Charges (as required):
Pool & spa heating is available at a cost of £80/$150 per week. Heating is recommended in the months between October – May since the general temperature can be relatively cooler at that time.

For first time visitors to Florida, or even regulars arriving on a late flight, the prospect of driving on unfamiliar territory can be daunting.

We can remove this worry by arranging for our management company to collect you and your guests at the airport and have you chauffeured straight to your home.
