Welcome to our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom privately owned villa. It was built as part of the first phase of the “Silver Creek” development in Clermont Florida. It has a screened pool & spa to the rear of the property. It is located 12 mins drive from Walt Disney World main gate.

There are two master bedrooms, both with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, a further full size bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with ample closet space, sleeping up to ten guests. Ideal for a large family, or two families sharing. The villa is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable stay.

A lanai off the main 12'9" x 28' living and dining area leads to your own private pool with relaxing spa.

The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including top of the range Maytag appliances, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, washer, dryer, microwave and includes a breakfast bar and separate dining area, or enjoy a snack by the pool.

We also cater for babies & toddlers, a highchair, travel cot & stroller have been put in the villa for you to use during your stay.
